Refund Policy

1. No refunds

Wow Cut Video provides a digital service (AI video processing and subscription access). Access to paid features is granted immediately after payment confirmation. For this reason, refunds and transaction cancellations are not provided, except where required by applicable law. Please make sure the plan suits your needs before paying — the free plan lets you try the Service without a card.

2. Subscription cancellation

You can stop your subscription at any time with the cancel button in your account (Subscription tab). After cancellation:

• no further charges will be made;
• the current subscription remains active until the end of the paid month;
• no refund is made for the remaining days of the paid period.
