Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Wow Cut Video ("Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Wow Cut Video is a tool that downloads, transcribes, and cuts video content into highlight clips with optional subtitle overlays. It is intended for content creators who hold the necessary rights to the content they process.

3. Order and timing of service provision

  • The Service is provided online through your account after signing in with Google.
  • To place an order, submit a video URL or upload a video file and choose the processing options.
  • Processing normally takes 2–15 minutes depending on video length; the status is shown in real time in your account.
  • Paid subscriptions are activated immediately after payment confirmation and remain active for the paid billing period.

4. Payment methods

Payments are processed by WayForPay, a licensed payment provider. Accepted payment methods:

  • Visa and Mastercard bank cards;
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay (where supported by WayForPay).

We do not receive or store your card details. Subscription prices are listed on the main page; the charge currency and exact amount are shown before you confirm payment.

5. Delivery terms

The Service is a digital service — nothing is shipped physically. Results (video clips and subtitles) are delivered to your account immediately after processing completes and are available for download for 7 days, after which they are automatically deleted. Subscription access is delivered instantly upon payment confirmation.

6. Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to download, process, and republish any video content you submit.
  • You must not use the Service to infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.
  • You must not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any platform's terms of service.
  • You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, abuse, or overload the Service.

7. Intellectual property

The Wow Cut Video software, design, and branding are the exclusive property of the developer. All rights reserved. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Output clips generated from your own content belong to you. We claim no ownership over your processed files.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Any copyright claims arising from content you process.
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
  • Service interruptions or errors in AI-generated transcriptions or summaries.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Account termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent activity — without prior notice.

10. Refunds and cancellation

Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law — see the Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time with the cancel button in your account; access continues until the end of the paid month.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine.
