Yes — in the macOS app. It downloads the video locally on your own machine, so processing is private and unrestricted. The web version supports uploading a file from your device.

Upload a file from your device (MP4, MOV, AVI, MKV) and you get the same editor as the app: trim the clip, fix the transcript, pick the font, size, colour and word highlight, cut the pauses. The finished MP4 downloads straight from the browser.
